Commercial Refrigeration Repairs

Commercial Refrigeration

We help a lot of our customers out when their commercial refrigeration systems fail.

Although commercial refrigeration service and repairs is not our core business, we do have fully quailfied and insured technicians who are always willing and able to try and help out our customers when an unfortunate breakdown  in their system does occur.

If you find yourself in this situation, give us a call and we will do our best to help you in any way possible.

Recently we helped a customer when they asked us to investigate a loud noise coming from their main refrigeration system.  On arrival we were confronted with quite a ‘mature aged’ unit dating back to the early 1970’s.  It was in quite a state of disrepair unfortunately.

This unit was still operational, but just barely.

At our customers’ request and for the sake of nostalgia, we set about rebuilding and retrofitting this condensing unit while keeping within a planned budget.

This unit is a Kelvinator Y72 Belt drive condensing unit over 40 years old, and it is from an era when we still manufactured quality items in Australa.  We always enjoy working on equipment that was made to last.

We are confident that with a little bit of regular preventative maintenance this unit will continue to reliably and consistantly help our customers to serve ice cold drinks from their refrigerated cabinets for many years into the future.
